Get Your Guns America Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Based on certain manufacturers rules, we are not allowed to ship all products directly to the end customer.  In those cases, we offer conveinient in store pick or in the case of firearms, they can be shipped directly to an FFL dealer with a valid license.

Our products will fall under 3 options

1. Direct to Home items

All items that qualify for direct shipment will have a flat shipping fee of $10

2. Direct FFL transfers to a local FFL dealer/partner

All firearms that qualify for direct FFL transfers to a local dealer/partner will have a flat shipping fee of $15

** Please note that the FFL dealer the firearm is being transfered to may incur other transfer fees determined by that FFL dealer/partner.  It is the buyers responsibility to contact and determine what these additional fees may be. **

3. In store pick up items

All items are eligible for in store pick up at one of our store locations.  The shipping fees are as follows:

Orders from $1 - $100 will have a flat fee of $22.50

Orders from $100 - $499 will have a flat fee of $15

Orders $500 and over will have FREE shippping!

Returns

Direct to home items

1. Customers can return defective items to Get Your Guns America that are:
1. In original packaging (packaging cannot be damaged or marred in any way) with a detailed description of what is wrong with the item and Get Your Guns America will credit the cost of item in full. I
2. Items that are in like new condition (packaging cannot be damaged or marred in any way) can be returned to be restocked but these items will have a 10% restocking fee taken from the credit.
2. The only time that Get Your Guns America will issue return labels for a return are when there is a mistake on Get Your Guns America part.
3. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the Original order

Items shipped to one of our store locations or FFL dealers/partners

1. No merchandise will be accepted for return without a 15% restocking fee.
2. Return must be requested and merchandise must be at the store location within 30 days.
3. Merchandise returned must be re-packed in a way that is in saleable condition when received. (No writing on internal boxes etc).
4. It is solely at Get Your Guns America's discretion to accept return merchandise, additional restocking fees will be charged for large quantities, old packaging or other unusual circumstances.
5. We are not a warranty station for any company; therefore, we do not accept any warranty repairs. Warranty repairs should be shipped to manyfacturer or their authorized service centers.
