This five-piece set of carving tools feature magnets on either side of its case for letting you hang the kit on the side of a smoker or any metal surface for easy access. It includes a butcher and boning knife with a carving fork to hold large pieces of meat right where you want them. It also includes a 2-stage carbide and ceramic sharpener and digital thermometer with pre-sets that help cook food just to your liking.
